SlabRaven is a price-lookup tool for sports cards and trading card games (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and more). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
We offer sign-in with Google. When you sign in, Google shares your name and email address with us. We use this to create and identify your account, track your lookup credits, and link your payments. We do not post to Google on your behalf.
If you upload a photo of a card, we send it to an AI vision service to identify the card and generate a search query. Photos are processed to produce a valuation and are not shared publicly.
Centering-check photos are measured on your phone and stay there unless you choose to save one. When you're signed in, we send a small copy of the card's front to our AI provider to read the card's name; it isn't saved. Photos for an AI estimate are stored privately, analyzed by our AI provider, and deleted after 30 days unless you keep them.
We keep a log of card searches, linked to your account. Each entry records what you searched for (or the search generated from your photo), the card we matched, and the result, including the grade, the prices shown, whether a credit was used, and any error. We use these logs only to improve card matching and to provide support, such as looking into a wrong match or a credit question. We keep them only as long as needed for those purposes, and we never sell them.
We also save each successful price result for 30 days so you can open it again from “Recent searches” without using a credit. Only you can see your recent searches. Saved results older than 30 days are deleted.
If you tap “Share this price”, we save a copy of that one price card so anyone with the link can open it. The shared card shows the card, prices, and eBay listings only, never your name, email, or what you typed. Nothing is shared unless you tap Share.
If you use Collection, we store the cards you add, linked to your account: the card, grade, condition, quantity, what you paid and any fees, purchase and sale dates and prices, cert numbers, tags, and notes. If you add your own photo of a card (taken or uploaded in Collection), we shrink it on your device and store it in private storage. Only you can see it: it is never shown to other users or used as the image for anyone else's copy of that card. You can remove it anytime with “Remove my photo”. You can download your whole collection as a CSV file anytime with “Export CSV”, on any plan. We use this data only to show your collection, its value, and its history, and to keep card prices up to date. We also keep weekly snapshots of your collection's total value and cost to draw your value chart. Your collection is private by default: no other user can see it. We may look at it only to provide support or fix a wrong card match. When your account is deleted, your collection, its snapshots, and your photos are deleted with it.
If you add cards to your wishlist, we store each card, its grade, and the target price you set, linked to your account. Only you can see your wishlist. We check its market values when we update prices each week. When a card's value is at or below your target, we show it in Collection and send one email to your sign-in address. To stop these emails, remove the target price or the card. We send no other email from the wishlist, and we never share it.
If you have Pro and cards in your collection, we send one weekly email on Mondays after the price update, to your sign-in address: your collection's value, the week's price change, your biggest movers, and any wishlist cards at your price. It uses only the data above. You can turn it off anytime in Collection or with the link at the bottom of the email.
SlabRaven offers a Pro subscription ($14.99/month) and one-time credit packs ($4.99). All payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email, purchase, and subscription status from Stripe to manage your plan and credits. We never see or store your card number; card details are handled entirely by Stripe.

You can stop using SlabRaven at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, including your search logs and collection, contact support.
